Are results permanent?

As with any type of surgical/non surgical procedure, results can be permanent if you complete enough sessions that will get you to your goal and also maintain your results on your own by continuing healthier eating habits and working out.

When will I see results?

Most people will see some results after only one treatment, however, every person is different and it may take longer for some. Do not compare yourself/results to others and make sure to keep up with your recommended sessions and outside maintenance.

Is there any downtime?

Because all of our procedures are non surgical, there is absolutely no downtime or risks. You may experience some redness, bruising and a slight discomfort but that will all go away within a few hours.

How often will I have to come in for sessions?

Everyone is different and sessions may vary from person to person, however, we will have different types of session packages available at discounted rates to fit your needs.

What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards along with paypal and cash. (Additional charge for all credit card/debit card purchases and payments at 3%)

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that things happen which may cause the need for a cancellation, we just ask if you could please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Any cancellations given less than 24 hours will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. NO CALL NO SHOWS will also be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

How early should I arrive to my appointment?

Please arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes early for your appointment

What is your refund policy?

There are absolutely no refunds given after services have been rendered. The only way a person may receive a refund is if they cancel an appointment at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment time or if the business cancels the appointment for any reason.

Who is not a good candidate for our lipo treatment?

People with cardiac and vascular diseases, diabetes, acute illness, comprised liver function, severe bleeding tendencies,  pacemaker carriers and women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should avoid undergoing the procedure.

People with kidney failure, liver failure, heart disease, carrying a pacemaker, pregnancy, lactation, women on their menstrual cycle (adomen), epileptics, anyone who has non healed wounds on treatment area, HIV or AIDS, cancer in any form at any time, high or unbalanced cholesterol, thyroid disease and other hormonal disorders, any chronic diseases, immune diseases, autoimmune diseases, severe high blood pressure or circulation problems, treatment with anti-inflammatory, anticoagulants, antibiotics, under the age of 18 and anyone with a fresh suntan etc. are not suitable candidates for the cavitation treatment.

Before and After Advice for Lipo treatment?

To ensure the best results with this treatment we suggest that you follow the aftercare recommendations:
Drink at least 2 liters of water before your treatment and another 2 liters in the day after your treatment (soft drink, soda, juice or tea is not water).
You should not eat 2 hours before and 1 hour after treatment.
Do not drink ANY alcohol or caffeine in the day of treatment or 48hrs after.
Do not have a hot shower (warm is alright), spa or sauna straight after treatment.
Diet: Follow a fat free, low starch, low sugar diet for best results
Exercise for at least 20 minutes after your treatment to stimulate lymph movement.

What is your reschedule policy?

If you ever need to reschedule, we just ask if you could please do so with at least a 24 hour notice. If you reschedule with less than a 24 hour notice, you will be subject to a $25 reschedule fee and would have to reschedule online using the scheduling system.

What is your late policy?

If you are later than 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled.
Please call ahead if you know that you are running late and we may be able to stay over for you but may also have to shorten your session time. No refunds will be given.

Can I bring additional people with me?

We understand that you may need to bring a guest with you but please note that no one will be allowed in the procedure room with you while getting serviced and please no children.
