*Cancellation/Reschedule Policy: Please give us at least a 24 hour notice before your scheduled appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule or you will forfeit your deposit. You will have to pay a new deposit in order to schedule again.
*No Call/No Show Policy: Anyone who does not call or show up for a scheduled appointment, will lose their deposit and will have to pay a deposit of $65 in order to reschedule with us again.
*Groupon policy: There is a deposit required to schedule all appointments even if you have purchased a Groupon. Once you come in with your Groupon, we will redeem it and issue you a refund. You will only lose the deposit if you are a no call /no show or if you cancel/reschedule with less than a 24 hour notice.
* Package Policy: All packages expire 90 days after the first session. Our no call /no show and cancellation/reschedule policy also apply to packages. If you cancel/reschedule with less than a 24 hour notice before your appointment time, you will have to pay a $25 fee in order to schedule again or you can choose to forfeit that session, If you are a no call/no show, you will have to pay a $65 fee in order to schedule again or you can choose to forfeit that session.
*Late policy: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and you will lose your deposit. Please call us to see if we are still able to see you. If we are able to see you, your time may be shortened so that we can remain on schedule and the price will remain the same.
*Refund Policy: There are absolutely no refunds given after services have been rendered. Refunds are only given if you cancel with at least a 24 hour notice or if we owe you a refund from using a Groupon.
